Kaanapali offers ‘Wine, Nine & Dine Series’
KAANAPALI — Kaanapali Golf Courses’ new “Wine, Nine & Dine Series” features Black Rock Steak & Seafood at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa.
Executive Chef Bryan Ashlock has prepared a savory menu complimented by Duckhorn Vineyards’ wines.
Golfers will be treated to nine holes of golf on the championship Royal Kaanapali Course, home of the Kaanapali Champions Skins Game and Big Break Kaanapali, then enjoy delectable dinner pairings: Chicken Consommé Confetti Vegetables, Lemongrass Oil Popover and Mango Butter paired with 2009 Migration “Russian River” Chardonnay; Maui Onion & Tomato Salad with crisp Kula Greens, Surfing Dairy Goat Cheese and Balsamic Herb Vinaigrette paired with 2008 Migration “Anderson Valley” Pinot Noir; Grilled N.Y. Steak with Pan Roasted Pancetta, Julienne Sweet Peppers and Onions with a Brandy Sweet Potato Hash paired with 2008 Duckhorn “Napa Valley” Merlot; and Passion Fruit Cheesecake Tahitian with Vanilla Bean Custard Sauce, Lilikoi Puree and Macadamia Nut Tuile.
Guests indulging in the “Wine, Nine & Dine Series” will pay just $114 per person, plus tax and gratuity, for this four-course meal and golf experience.
