WAILUKU — MEO Business Development Corp., in cooperation with the Hawaii Procurement Technical Assistance Center, will hold a free workshop for small businesses looking to do business with the federal, state or county government.

“Subcontracting & Government Procurement,” a free seminar, is scheduled for Monday, April 25, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the MEO Family Center at 99 Mahalani St.
