WAILUKU — Homeowners and real estate agents are urged to check out the Maui County Real Property Tax Department’s new website at www.mauipropertytax.com.

The website has some new features, such as being able to search for a property using someone’s name, showing up to ten years of property value history and viewing parcel lines over Google satellite images.

“We’ve already been getting some very positive feedback,” said Scott Teruya, Real Property Tax administrator.

“This is the most comprehensive property tax website in the whole state,” he added.

“I can’t believe I am saying this about a property tax website, but it’s actually fun to use.”
