“Internet Marketing for an Internet Age” will be held Saturday, Jan. 9, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Learn how your business can expand its global outreach and build customer relationships by mastering the new rules of the world wide web. This interactive workshop will cover topics such as search engine optimization techniques, blogging, social networking, social media, Internet video, pod casting, online publicity and e-mail marketing.

Bring your laptop and come ready to explore how Internet marketing can benefit your business.

“Social Networking for Your Business” is set for Saturday, Jan. 30, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Both workshops will be held at Kihei Charter School.

Social networking is the single most powerful trend in decades, according to Traynor. It is a way that businesses are driving traffic to their websites.

Learn how the world wide web has become the network of networks, and how you can get involved. This interactive workshop will give you a thorough understanding of social networking and social bookmarking.

Topics will cover popular platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and DIGG. Bring your laptop and come ready to get yourself set up on Facebook.
