Le Perle celebrates 30 years in business

By Staff | Dec 3, 2009

KAPALUA — Le Perle, a family run jewelry store in Kapalua Resort’s Honolua Village Center, is celebrating its 30th anniversary in business.

The store, which opened in 1979, is celebrating the entire month of December by offering customers 25 to 40 percent off everything in the store.

La Perle features Tahitian and South Seas pearls set in exquisite jewelry. Owner-operator Alice Bower seeks out the finest natural color pearls for her shop and shares her knowledge with her customers.

At La Perle, shoppers will find pearl jewelry in a wide range of prices and styles. Creations in white and yellow gold and other precious metals are used to set the pearls in lariat necklaces, earrings, rings and pins.

Classic strands of pearls in varying colors and sizes are always available. Contemporary, affordable designs are set-off by textiles such as neoprene and leather.

The store also specializes in Hawaiian Goldsmith Denny Wong’s designs, and Le Perle is the exclusive seller of Kapalua butterfly logo jewelry.

For tropical island designs in jewelry, La Perle offers charming plumeria and hibiscus flowers, whales, dolphins, turtles and crabs in unique designs and settings by Wong.

La Perle is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays. Call 669-8466 for information.
