WAILUKU — The county Office of Economic Development holds free “Brown Bag” lunch workshops at the Maui County Business Resource Center in Maui Mall.
Learn about “Starting a Business in Maui County” on Wednesday, Sept. 30, from noon to 1:30 p.m.
Instructor Anna Ribucan will cover general information and requirements for starting a business in Maui County.
Ribucan has been in business on Maui for over 30 years. In 2006, she was named SBA’s Women in Business Champion.
She manages the Maui County Business Resource Center, where she shares her insight with entrepreneurs starting and growing businesses.
Seating is limited; reservations are requested by calling the center at 873-8247. Attendees are asked to bring their own lunch.
The center also offers free business counseling sessions with experienced SCORE counselors; call for an appointment.
