American Cancer Society to host gala to support Hope Lodge Hawaii
WAILEA – The American Cancer Society HopeFest Maui Gala presents “Maui by Moonlight” as a celebration of the local community and a showcase of the best Maui has to offer.
More than 150 guests are expected to attend the benefit on Saturday, Sept. 30, at 5:30 p.m. at The Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea.
The evening begins with a special drink by Ocean Vodka and fabulous silent auction items that include hotel stays, fine dining, sunset sails and more.
Guests will be treated to a gourmet dinner buffet paired with handcrafted wine by MauiWine.
Maui’s own Tony Takitani will return as emcee and auctioneer, while fellow Mauian and five-time Na Hoku Hanohano Award winner Napua Greig will headline entertainment.
All net proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society Clarence T. Ching Hope Lodge Hawaii. Hope Lodge Hawaii is a free place to stay for adult cancer patients and their caregivers when their best hope for effective treatment is in Honolulu.
