KAANAPALI – The Maui Celebrity Series continues on Wednesday, Dec. 30, with William Shatner at The Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa in Kaanapali.

Comedian Louie Anderson will also appear and host the event, which will feature music by singer Brian Evans.

“This is going to be a unique, one-of-a-kind event that truly will be a moment for all who attend,” said series host Evans.

Shatner has been entertaining audiences for more than six decades, in shows such as “Star Trek” and “The Twilight Zone” to “T.J. Hooker” and “Boston Legal,” along with scores of shows and movies.

Shatner appears in Evans’ video for his song, “At Fenway,” which has nearly 12 million views on YouTube. The song and video were added to the library of the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2013.

Anderson

Big band crooner Evans’ new single, “Here You Come Again,” will be released on Dec. 15. The music video will feature Dog The Bounty Hunter and his wife, Beth, in the tongue in cheek video.

One of the country’s best-known comedians, Anderson is a two-time Emmy winner and New York Times bestselling author.
