WaiLa to perform free concert

Each member of WaiLa is known for performing at various Maui venues.
LAHAINA — Enjoy live Hawaiian music with WaiLa at the Baldwin Home lawn on Thursday, Sept. 8, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Representing their home towns of WAiehu and LAhaina, Le’a Kukona Pacheco, Kimo Brehm and Marvin Tevaga take the stage as WaiLa.
As part of the next generation of Hawaii performers, WaiLa branches from tradition by creating a distinctive island style in various genres of music.
Relax under the shade trees and enjoy the free concert brought to you by Lahaina Restoration Foundation. Chairs are limited; blankets, mats and low beach chairs are welcome.
The Baldwin Home Museum is located in the heart of Lahaina on the corner of Front and Dickenson streets. For information, call 661-3262 or visit www.lahainarestoration.org.
