Cocktail party to benefit Habitat for Humanity Maui

The Hula Honeys will perform at “Home Sweet Home on Maui,” a benefit for Habitat for Humanity Maui.
OLOWALU — “Home Sweet Home on Maui,” a cocktail party with heavy pupus and live entertainment, will be held on Saturday, Aug. 20, at the historic Olowalu Plantation House right on the beach.
This Habitat for Humanity Maui benefit will feature great local entertainment by The Hula Honeys and
Leohome, plus dancing with music provided by Deejay Mackie (a.k.a. “A-List Entertainment”).
Chisa, a local radio personality on Native FM 92.5, whose parents are Habitat homeowners on Kauai, will serve as emcee.
During the event, a video presentation will highlight some of Habitat for Humanity Maui’s great work with partners in the community to provide affordable housing for many local families.
The benefit will also feature live and silent auctions with fantastic items to bid on, including hotel stays, dining experiences at some of Maui’s finest restaurants, ceramic art and paintings done by local artists, and much more.
The Olowalu Plantation House is located at 810 Olowalu Village Road. Tickets are available at $150 per person.
