Concert to benefit Punana Leo o Maui

Ho‘omau’s music lineup includes singer/songwriter Kelii Kanealii, a founding member of the group Hapa. He left Hapa in 2001 to pursue his solo career.
KAHULUI — Punana Leo o Maui’s annual all-day benefit concert, Ho‘omau, will be held at the Keopuolani Park Amphitheater on Saturday, March 27.
Gates open at 9 a.m., and the entertainment and festivities continue until sunset.
Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door for this benefit for Maui’s Hawaiian language immersion preschool.
The entertainment lineup includes Kelii Kanealii, Na Palapalai, ‘Ohana Pahuwai, Desmond Yap, Homestead, Maoli, Sudden Rush, Na Keiki o Punana Leo o Maui and Kula Kaiapuni o Maui.
