KAANAPALI — CJ’s Deli & Diner will be featured on the Food Network show “Rachael’s Vacation” this week.

Host Rachael Ray filmed a show on Maui last summer, which will air on the Food Network May 29-31 (check local listings).

When Ray’s crew visited CJ’s Deli & Diner at the Fairway Shops in Kaanapali, the restaurant featured its best-selling Mochiko Chicken Plate Lunch and Hana Lunch Boxes — a $12 box lunch with sandwich, drink, chips, pineapple slices and Hana Bar (walnut bar)]for guests going to Hana, Haleakala or the beach.
