DIRECTOR OF HOUSEKEEPING:

Looking to join an exciting, fun and growing vacation management company in West Maui? KBM Hawaii is seeking to fill a full-time salaried director of housekeeping position responsible for the management and operations of our Housekeeping and Laundry personnel. Duties include employee supervision, daily property inspections for housekeeping and inventory, delivery of housekeeping items and additional additional services as required by guest or property. Successful candidates will possess a minimum of five years in hospitality/housekeeping management, possess a strong skill set including problem solving, communication, organization, multitasking, demonstrate exceptional emotional intelligence, positively motivate a team of associates to achieve maximum results.
