Artist Roy Tabora will visit Diamond Head Gallery at 736 Front St. on Friday, Dec. 18, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. For information, call 661-8171.

If you're interested in buying some plants, stop by the Lahaina Cannery Mall parking lot (south end below Honoapiilani Highway). The students will start at 8:30 a.m. and end at noon.

In related news, the Lahainaluna PTSA would like to thank the 105 seniors that turned in their paperwork by the "early bird" special deadline. The cost is now $50 to attend this once-in-a-lifetime event with your classmates up until April 30; after that date, the price rises to $75. Complete your Project Graduation paperwork as soon as possible and turn it into the main office.

Lahainaluna High School will be participating in the 2016 Relay for Life. This amazing event has grown into a worldwide phenomenon, raising nearly $5 billion to fight cancer. It will be held at St. Anthony, and all participating students must turn in their forms and money no later than Thursday, Dec. 17. For more information, see Mrs. Carlos.

On behalf of the Lahainaluna High School Library program, we would like to thank the Lahainaluna community for your support during our Barnes and Noble Book Fair. Together, we raised $302, which will be used to purchase new equipment for the library. Also, a big mahalo to Barnes and Nobel for their partnership. Imua Lahainaluna!
