NAPILI - Hale Noho is a small community located on the south foot of Pineapple Hill in beautiful Napili. This wonderful slice of paradise was built in 1986.
It originally consisted of approximately 75 homes that were either two-bed/one-bath or three beds/one-and-a-half baths. There was a ten-year anti-speculation clause attached to the original homes, and as soon as the re-sales became available, we have seen many wonderful changes in this quaint little neighborhood.
Most of the home sites average 6,000 to 7,000 square feet.
