"Passport Wine Dinners" are planned for the first Friday of every month. Chef Honda also prepares a sparkling welcome amuse bouche for each stop on the World Wine Tour.

The first stop on the tour was Barcelona, Spain on Sept. 7. A tapas tasting began the fun, followed by Spanish-inspired entrees, including Rabo de res Guisado (braised oxtails, chorizo and pimento tomato sauce) and Paella de Conejo a la Plancha (grilled rabbit, shrimp, mussels, calamari and chorizo). Dinner was followed by music in the bar with Beau.

Guests earn "stamps" on their official Wine Tour Passport for each stop on the wine tour. After five stamps, diners receive a $20 gift certificate. After five more - ten total stamps - you receive a $40 gift certificate. After completing your passport of 15 stamps, you receive a chef-prepared, four-course dinner for four.

These rewards are given to each individual passport holder. Stamps are not "transferable," and you must be present at the wine dinner to receive a stamp in your passport.

Upcoming stops on this "Around the World" Wine Tour include Italy on Oct. 5; New Zealand and Australia on Nov. 2; France on Dec. 7; South America (Peru, Chile and Argentina) on Jan. 4, 2013; and the United States on Feb. 1.

The cost is $50 per person plus tax and gratuity. Call (808) 661-6181 for information and reservations.
