A toast to 40!

We are celebrating 40 years here on Maui. We came in 1971 for the clean air, blue skies and the clear water.

We stayed because Maui welcomed us with open arms with its family, friendly and generous people. Like Gerald Britt, who offered Mike his first job; Jane Nagasako, who offered us credit at the Nagasako Super Market; and Kobatake, who charged us $100 to rent a room for a month behind the mill.

We are so thankful and grateful for all those who blessed us along the way and our friends who became our Maui ‘Ohana. Mahalo!
